Please read these terms before placing an order with BARAKAT.
Last updated: 25 October 2026
These terms apply to all purchases made on barakatjewlery.com from BARAKAT Jewelry, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By placing an order you agree to them.
Our pieces are crafted in 18K gold with natural gemstones. Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and follow the live gold rate, so they can change until your order is paid. The price charged is the one confirmed on our secure checkout. Photographs and carat weights are as accurate as possible; small natural variations may occur. Price-on-request and bespoke pieces are quoted individually.
Payment is taken securely by Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a piece becomes unavailable or a pricing error occurs.
Delivery is complimentary and fully insured: usually 1–2 working days within the UAE and 3–7 working days worldwide. A signature is required on receipt. Import duties outside the UAE are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Ready-to-wear pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn, in their original condition and packaging with all certificates, for an exchange or refund. Bespoke, engraved, resized and price-on-request pieces are made to order and cannot be returned. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Each BARAKAT piece carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. It does not cover loss, theft, accidental damage or normal wear.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Store credit and referral commissions have no cash value unless stated, and may be withdrawn in cases of misuse.
All designs, photographs, text and the BARAKAT name and monogram belong to BARAKAT Jewelry and may not be used without written permission.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, and the Dubai courts have jurisdiction. Questions? Write to info@barakatjewlery.com.
